• If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, seek professional advice before following any exercise or nutrition guidance

3. No Guarantee of Results

BrownGains does not guarantee any specific fitness, health, body composition, or aesthetic outcomes. Results vary significantly between individuals based on factors including but not limited to consistency, diet, sleep, stress, genetics, age, and starting fitness level.

Any results described, referenced, or implied on our website are illustrative only and are not guaranteed for any individual customer.

4. No Liability for Outcomes

This includes but is not limited to:

• Physical injury during exercise
• Adverse reactions to dietary changes
• Failure to achieve desired fitness or body composition results
• Aggravation of pre-existing conditions
• Any outcomes related to supplement use referenced in our guides

5. Digital Product — Delivery

BrownGains sells digital products only. Upon successful payment:

• Your files will be delivered to the email address you provided within 30 minutes of purchase
• If you do not receive your files within 30 minutes, contact us at hello@browngains.com
• Your purchase grants you lifetime access to the files you have purchased
• All files are for personal use only — not for redistribution, resale, or commercial use

6. Personalised Program Selection

BrownGains uses a quiz to determine which training program is most appropriate for you. By completing the quiz and making a purchase, you confirm that the selections you made accurately reflect your circumstances. BrownGains is not responsible for incorrect program selection due to inaccurate quiz responses.

7. Dietary Declaration

During the quiz, you are required to declare any dietary restrictions, allergies, food preferences, injuries, or physical limitations — or confirm you have none. This declaration is recorded and forms part of your purchase record. Providing false or incomplete information in this declaration may affect your eligibility for a refund.

8. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

BrownGains offers a 30-day money back guarantee subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed all scheduled training sessions across the first 4 weeks of the program (28 days)
• You must submit video recordings of your workout sessions for all 28 days as evidence of compliance
• Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date to hello@browngains.com
• BrownGains reserves the right to review all submitted evidence before approving any refund
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund requests that do not include the required evidence will not be processed. The following do not qualify for a refund:

• Change of mind
• Failure to follow the program consistently
• Dissatisfaction without evidence of 28-day compliance
• Claims of no results — BrownGains does not guarantee results and this alone does not constitute grounds for a refund

9. Intellectual Property & Watermarking

All BrownGains digital products are the intellectual property of BrownGains. Sharing, redistributing, uploading, or reselling our content in any form is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against unauthorised sharing.

10. Prohibited Uses

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share our content with others
• You may not use our content for commercial purposes
• You may not claim our content as your own
• You may not upload our content to any platform, website, or file sharing service

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

BrownGains reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
